Base fee:
  • This ticket includes one 8x10' booth, 1 non-member conference registration, pipe & drape, one table, two chairs, and one 110V circuit.

    Additional booth attendants can be added on in this registration by clicking "Add Guest" at the bottom of the registration form.

VENDOR REGISTRATION

The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee is hosting the 2024 Summer Highway Conference in Wisconsin Dells, at the Chula Vista Resort.  We are looking forward to seeing you there! Please use this page for vendor registration. If you would like to register as an attendee (without a booth), please sign up on this page

Exhibit Hall Information:

The indoor display areas are in the Main Conference Center Area - Rooms A thru I. The Exhibit Area will be ready for set-up between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday, June 3. The exhibit area will open by 2:00 pm on Monday, June 3. All exhibits shall be open until 8:15 AM Wednesday, June 5th.

** Included with the booth fee is one conference registration, pipe and drape, 1 table, two chairs, and one - 110 V circuit.

Note: All people working the booth areas must be registered for the conference. A ticket includes one registration to the conference. You may add on additional booth attendants in this registration form by selecting "Add Guest" while registering. 

Cancellation and 100% refunds (by written request) must be received by May 17, 2024. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.

Sponsorships: 

The WCHA appreciates the continued support from our Associate Members. The WCHA invites our Associate Members to sponsor events throughout the conference. Event sponsorships can be added on during registration and include: 

1. Group Welcome: Monday 4:30 – 6:30 P.M.

Sponsorship is $415.00 per Associate Member (6 Sponsorships available) Cheese and Sausage Trays, Snack, and Beverages in the Exhibit Area

2. Tuesday Lunch: 11:30 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.

Sponsorship is $465.00 per Associate Member (6 Sponsorships available)

3. Tuesday Lunch for Golfers: 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.

Sponsorship is $465.00 per Associate Member (3 Sponsorships available)

4. Upper Dells Boat Tour for non-golfers (Tuesday 1:00 pm – 3:00pm)

Sponsorship is $515.00 per Associate Member (5 Sponsorships available)

5. Breaks: Tuesday Morning, Wednesday Morning

Sponsorship is $310.00 per Associate Member (8 Sponsorships available)

6. Tuesday Breakfast: 6:30 A.M. – 8:00 A.M.

Sponsorship is $465.00 per Associate Member (6 Sponsorships available)

7. Golf Hole Sponsorship

Associate Member hole: $415.00
Non-Member hole: $620
Multiple sponsorships are needed for the golf event. Sponsorship recognition signs will be provided with the sponsorship. Information is available to coordinate with the Chula Vista for supplies and beverages at the hole.

8. Wednesday's Honors Lunch:

Sponsorships is $465 per Associate Member (4 Sponsorships available)


Hospitality Room Reservation:

All hospitality condos and fees are to be reserved and paid directly to the Chula Vista Resort. Reservations are to be made with Renata Prellwitz at 608-254-1625 or email renata@chulavistaresort.com. All hospitality condos are required to be reserved for a minimum of two nights (Monday 6/3/24 and Tuesday 6/4/24). A minimum of two-night charges will apply for all hospitality condos. Chula Vista will quote you directly on their terms and fee structures. Included in the room fees will be the cost of moving out the beds and supplying ice for refreshments (not ice for coolers).

The WCHA Conference Coordinating Committee will be assigning all condo room locations within the designated hospitality block area approximately two to three weeks prior to the conference. Event Coordinator Renata Prellwitz will arrange and quote your firm for all other provided services within the hospitality condos. It will be the responsibility of the Associate Member to supply his or her own plastic glasses, napkins, condiments, etc. Socializing tables and chairs moved into the rooms will be an additional charge.

As the Chula Vista allows the WCHA corporate hospitality condos to bring in their own refreshments, WCHA is strongly suggesting each hospitality condo order at least one perishable hors d’oeuvre per evening from the Chula Vista. By showing this good faith effort to Chula Vista, will hopefully continue the relaxed policy on bringing in your own refreshments. For corporate hospitality condos purchasing food or beverage from the Chula Vista Resort, tables and chairs will be provided at no additional charge. As a precautionary measure, you may consider all perishable hors d’oeuvres be supplied by the Chula Vista Resort.

Firms reserving hospitality condos must be a current WCHA Associate Member. Hospitality condos require a minimum of three attendee registrations. Attendance at the conference functions require registration. Many of the conference sessions will be beneficial to you and your staff and conference registration is a prerequisite to attending. Registrants will be issued nametags, which are required for admittance to all functions.

Note: All hospitality condos must be reserved by 3pm on 5/17/2024.
